I have a lot of good webmaster resources on my dating site but there is one that is a must for anyone wanting to submit a website to the search engines and do it in the correct manner. If you plan to exist and make any money with your site/sites, you have to be sure that they reache the public.

Dating and Children

I haven't been able to write or do much in the last couple of weeks due to other obligations and doctor visits. I haven't posted in a few days but today I came across a blog that a lady had written about dating a gentleman that she met online.Something came to my mind that I had to comment on. The lady thought that everything was going fine until the man quit communicating with her because she told him that she had a fairly young child. Due to her age, the man thought that if she had children they would be almost grown.

The followup comment that I wanted make with regards to partners and children is that you may want to see what kind of situation that their grown children are in. After I remarried, I ended up with 2 of my wifes young grandchildren in the home and their mother is living elsewhere. This was not exactly what I had planned for my retirement years. Now I am wondering now if I will ever get there.

Be as careful as you can but enjoy yourself. You never know what hand you are going to be dealt tomorrow. Best of luck to all you!!!

Lesbians And Smoking

I read an interesting article today concerning lesbians and smoking. This was a report originating in Norway from statistics compiled in 2002. It stated that almost 2 times as many lesbians smoke as does heterosexual women. Is the tobacco industry actually targeting gay men and lesbians as the article indicated? Don't know about that.

Interesting reading if for no other reason.

I have just read a blog about making money through affiliate programs and would like to add some comments about these programs and about their authenticity. As I have discovered through experience, most of these programs are great to work with and the people running them will put forth a lot of effort to assist you in every way that they can. Your efforts are rewarded if you can get the traffic to your site and keep these people interested long enough to purchase something, whether it is a product or a service. You need great content on your site that tells the visitors why they should buy from you.

Something else that I would like to mention, is the need to get interested individuals to your website and enough original content to arouse their interest and keep them until they purchase something. If you look from site to site, most of the content is reworded and clonned from other sites.
This is very easy to do if you have any kind of mastery of the English language know how to use the search engines.

Now to the nitty gritty. I purchased, probably one of the most expensive, Make Money With Affiliate Marketing handbooks on the web. This book was great with getting me started and it gave me worlds of information on How To:. The only problem is that the rules change from day to day and the gurus that publish these books are guessing what these rules will be tomorrow as much as we are. We are trying to figure what Google will come up with next and what the game rules will be tomorrow, etc.

My advice to anyone is to come up with good original content and submit your site to all of the best SE's. Read all of the articles that you can on how to gain traffic to your website and try to follow these instructions as much as you possibly can. (Writing and publishing articles are a great way to get incoming links to your website.) Incoming links are a good way to higher ranking with the SE's. Come up with good resources to build and promote your website and work on something every day to promote your website.
